The Home

Our home for REFRESH Colorado is a luxury mountain retreat nestled along the Fraser River in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Thoughtfully designed for gathering, rest, and creativity, this stunning home features spacious ensuite bedrooms, an incredible bunk room, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a chef's kitchen, home theater, rooftop deck, steam room, sauna, and a 12-person hot tub overlooking the mountains. With restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping just a short walk away, it's the perfect blend of elevated comfort, convenience, and Colorado beauty, a space intentionally chosen to inspire connection, creativity, and deep exhale.

At REFRESH, we intentionally choose homes that become part of the retreat experience, not just a place to sleep. This year's luxury mountain home was selected because it creates space for both connection and solitude. Whether you're sharing stories around the fire, soaking under the stars after a full day of creating, or enjoying a quiet sunrise with your coffee overlooking the mountains, every corner of this home was chosen to support the kind of transformation we hope you'll experience during your time with us.

While you'll be guaranteed a room to yourself, bed sizes may vary—from a cozy twin to a spacious king. NOTE: you will have a private bedroom, but may share a bathroom. En-Suite Bathrooms cannot be guaranteed.

While you'll be sharing a room, you’ll always have your own bed. Bed types will range in size and some may be bunks, but you won’t be sharing a bed or a bunk. Please be sure to message with roommate preferences.

Every experience is carefully chosen to complement the overall theme and atmosphere—but nothing is ever mandatory. You're free to participate as much or as little as you’d like. Whether you choose full immersion or quiet reflection, this space is yours.

FAQs

  • This retreat is for you if:

    • You’re a photographer seeking both creative inspiration and business clarity

    • You want to grow in community, not isolation

    • You’re craving a space where you can be both a student and an artist

    • You believe education, connection, and self-care can coexist beautifully

  • Fully defined in the contract, the cancellation policy states due to the nature and financial commitment of these events, participants understand their investment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. The attendee is responsible for the final balance or finding a replacement attendee to take over their contract.

  • REFRESH does not provide travel insurance. It is highly recommended that you purchase your own. FAYE Travel Insurance has very affordable options

  • Transportation is NOT included in the investment listed above. You are responsible for your own airfare and any rental car or taxi transportation fees.

    Once the group is booked, participants usually coordinate travel/arrival times in order to share a rental van, minimizing expenses.

    Closest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN) and the home is 1 hour and 52 minutes from the airport.

    Once at the home, there is a complimentary shuttle service that picks up yards from the driveway and places you minutes from Winter Park Resort, Fraser River Trail, and the shops and restaurants of downtown Winter Park and Fraser.

  • Winter Park is a true four-season destination, offering world-class Colorda skiing in the winter, leaf-peeping in the autumn, stunning hiking and biking trails in the summer, free concerts, art festivals and cultural events and breathtaking alpine scenery year-round. Known for its laid-back mountain town vibe, it's home to one of Colorado's top five ski resorts, with over 3,000 acres of terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. In the warmer months, the area transforms into a haven for outdoor adventure—think wildflower-filled hikes, scenic chairlift rides, and kayaking and boating on nearby lakes. The Summer resort transforms into the Trestle Bike Park for all-skill level mountain biking adventures. With a walkable downtown filled with charming shops, local breweries, and cozy cafes, Winter Park and the surrounding towns including Granby and Grand Lake combine small-town charm with big-mountain fun, making it the perfect getaway for business events, family gatherings, friend groups, and adventure seekers alike. Winterhaven Estate is also the gateway to more alpine adventures. Within 30 minutes of Winterhaven Estate where 3 alpine golf courses, 3 boatable lakes, Rocky Mountain National Park and much more.
