We believe growth happens when creativity and intention meet. Our mission is to create spaces where female photographers can nurture both their artistry and their ambition - spaces that honor rest, reflection, and the pursuit of craft.
Through immersive retreats and hands-on workshops, we offer thoughtfully designed styled shoots, creative education led by industry professionals, and guided discussions that help bridge the gap between business strategy and creative flow. Lauren & Lindsey
Co-founders of Refresh & Evolve (RE), Lauren Wright and Lindsey Eden bring together years of experience, artistry, and heart to create meaningful spaces for photographers seeking both renewal and growth.
Lauren, a Colorado based photographer known for her evocative and honest maternity and motherhood photography, founded Refresh in 2017 with a desire to nurture connection, creativity, and rest within the photography community. What began as a retreat to recharge artists’ spirits quickly grew into a movement - one rooted in the belief that creativity thrives when shared. In 2020, Lindsey, a Colorado birth photographer known for her raw, emotive storytelling and deep sense of empathy, joined the journey. Together, they grew Refresh into Refresh & Evolve: a brand that honors its origins while embracing the reality that artistry and business must continuously grow and adapt.
They know that no single model - creative or professional - remains sustainable forever. Through this evolution, Lauren and Lindsey have built a space that meets photographers where they are, offering education, community, and renewal through every season of change. Their retreats and workshops blend styled shoots, intentional discussions, and creative education with genuine connection - designed to fill emotional and creative wells alike.
